Müşerref İlpars As one of the co-founders of SBB Capital Partners Turkey, Müşerref has 30 years of management experience–14 years of which was as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of a leading automotive company in Turkey. During her leadership, her company has continuously been the leader of the sector, and a pioneer in implementing the latest, cutting-edge systems and tools. She introduced several management approaches like quality management program, 6 Sigma, VBM, BSC and CRM.

Mehmet Kemal Simsar
Kemal’s work experience started at John Deere as a cost accountant, next he was a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand. After returning from the USA (1978), Kemal joined the Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI) as Finance Director. In the mean time he was a Finance Instructor in Advanced Banking University of Teheran. He moved to Turkey in 1980 and worked for a private export company for 3 years and he then joined the Automotive Industry as finance and administration manager and then served as the CFO for ten years. He co-founded SBB Capital Partners Turkey.

Ahmet İlpars
Ahmet is an expert system analyst and software programmer, with twelve years of experience in the IT field. He is especially specialized in database creation and management. He has worked with many different database environments including AS/400 and SAP.

Özge Germeyanoğlu Özge is one of the managing partners of SBB Capital Turkey where she is responsible for transactions of middle market firms since 2009. Özge has significant expertise in business management and competition law. She is working on the merger and acquisition deals with a ticket size up to 50 mio USD. She worked for companies in media, live stock farming, insurance, mining, marketing, home textile,food and cosmetic sectors. She makes market researches, mid term strategic plans, financial models and valuation for her client companies. She has an efficient network for searching and direct contacting with potential investors and companies. She is also supervising the analytic team and monitors their performances. Özge has ten years of experience in the automotive sector . She has worked as parts manager, responsible for sales volume and profit of the operation. Priorly she was senior business assistant to CEO, responsible for strategy formulation, supplier relationships and network management. Özge holds a BA degree in Management from Boğazici University and graduated with an honor degree.

 Filiz SavaşanCorporate Finance Director Filiz has an experience over 10 years on finance and accounting in different levels and sectors. She provided financial consultancy in the automotive sector at an international consultancy firm for 2 years. She has an analytical approach combined with value adding financial solutions. She has strong know how and a vision to bring value adding technical approaches and applications in M&A transactions, feasibility studies and financial valuations. Filiz holds a BA degree in Engineering Management from Istanbul Technical University.

Berrak Turnaoğlu Berrak has an excellent sense of a business' value drivers and an ability to think multi-dimensional. Berrak has five years of consulting experience at Peppers and Rogers Group (PRG). Prior to PRG, Berrak worked for BMW in the USA where she was the primary liaison between employees and pension and savings plans’ fund managers. Berrak holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a BA degree from Koç University, Business Administration
